Career bump worth it?

I need some career advice as I don't have many senior professionals in my network to ask.

I’m a very social person and like my current team, the hybrid model and the informal coffee machine banter in the office. I also enjoy meeting my colleagues in person as it makes it easier to speak about work and stuff. Plus I live alone, going to the office is crucial for my social life. However, since a while there’s not much room for growth there, work feels repetitive, I have no major projects and promotion seems out of reach. I have my peace and I do enjoy it but I also feel like I’m very much in my comfort zone.

I got an offer as a Manager for a a company. However, they closed their Berlin office and put employees on remote. I‘m now a bit worried of the isolation of working full remote while living alone. If I pay €250+/month for a coworking space out of my own pocket just to have a routine, it eats up my salary increase.

Is the title jump and money worth sacrificing a great team and my mental peace to boost my market value? Or should I’ll pass and wait for a hybrid offer?

Would love to hear your experiences!

Current experience on dating apps as a woman (32F)

I'm 32 and live in a big city. I've been using Bumble and Hinge on and off for a while, and recently I've been having some really strange experiences that I didn't have before.

On Bumble, almost every guy I match with sends 1–2 messages and then just disappears. This has happened so consistently that it's becoming almost impossible to get a conversation off the ground. I know people are talking to multiple matches at once, and I also wonder if age plays a role, since some men set their filters to under 30. But the extent of it feels a bit extreme. There are also plenty of men who have their age range set up to 35+, so I'm not sure that's the whole explanation.

What's even more confusing is that this sometimes happens even after we've exchanged numbers or met in person. They'll text for a bit and then suddenly stop responding.

I even asked a few friends to review my profile in case I was missing something obvious. They all said my photos are clear, recent, from different angles, and that my prompts make it easy to start a conversation. Overall, they thought my profile came across as approachable.

On Hinge, it's the complete opposite problem. I'm barely getting any likes at all. Before, I had over 400 matches, but I deleted my account for a while because I wanted a break. Since coming back, it's been almost silent.

I'm not sure what's changed. Is it just my age? Has something changed with the apps or the algorithms? Or is this just what dating apps are like now? I'd be especially interested to hear from other women in their 30s. Have you had a similar experience recently?
