Hello everyone, I would like to share the timekeeping and payroll app I created for our business.

I created this kasi I manage atleast 30 people from 2 different businesses. Yung isa may 6 branches.

So what it does is that timekeeping is done through phone instead of biometrics. Geofenced ang ang branch and office assignment per employee so meaning they can't clock in if outside sila sa radius ng office. However, you can assign multiple branches to an employee incase merong may ganung setup dito na pinapalipat lipat nila ng branches yung employee nila. Kami kasi ganun, hehe. Use case is pag nag leave si employee 1 ng branch A , kinocover ng employee 2 from branch B. And makikita niyo na din saang branch nag clock in si employee B.

Timekeeping shows sinong employees ang naka leave, absent, late, and not yet timed in.

Meron din siyang calendar for shifting schedules, where employees can organize their schedules. This is great for business na may night and shifting schedules. Meron ding swap duty feature dito.

Timekeeping is also attached na din sa payroll system. If employees are late, you can set deductions minutes per late. You can also set grace period if you allow that like 8am ang clock in, 5 mins grace period meaning they are not late if they time in at 8:04. Pero pwede na sila ma deduct if they clock in at 8:06.

Payroll system covers leave requests, cash advance requests, company loans, deductions of government contributions, automatic compensation on holidays (national and local), you can assign specific local holidays per branch, kasi like us, iba ang holidays ni branch A na nasa Province X from branch B in Province Z.

Ive been using this for a month now and so far okay ang timekeeping, medyo buggy lang ang payroll pa and currently fixing it pa.

Hello, I just want to share yung na vibecode ko na online jobs listing called Good Word.

Hello everyone,

I just want to share this online platform I created called Good Word. It's an online platform for odd jobs workers. By odd jobs meaning are the people we hire for everyday or on call work basis around the house — house cleaning, home repairs, labandera, etc. Pwede din yung mga nag hahanap ng reliable coaches for their sports, or mechanics for your cars incase you happen to run into a car malfunction, mga ganun.

The plan is to gather all these listings on a vouch-based website.

How it works:

It's built around vouching. Someone posts a worker they've personally hired and leaves a short vouch — what the job was, how it went, and a quick rating. Other people who've worked with that same person can add their own vouch too. So instead of an anonymous list of strangers, every worker shows up with real people standing behind them. When you need to hire someone, you just browse by the kind of work, see who's already trusted, and reach out.

Why?

It's hard to find workers you can actually trust — which is exactly why vouching is the way. You're seeing people that real, identifiable folks are willing to back.

We all know someone who does great work for these jobs, but we don't all know each other. This bridges that gap — it turns "I know a good person for that" into something you can easily pass on. Word of mouth is still the best marketing; this just makes it easier to share.

Honest, hardworking people in these trades deserve more attention. This helps the right workers get noticed for the quality they bring.

Just to be clear — this isn't a social media app, and it's not trying to replace any networking site. It's a straightforward listing where people connect with the right worker. Nothing more complicated than that.

Good Word — online Odd Jobs listing platform

Hello everyone! I just built an online Odd jobs listing platform for odd jobs workers.

Kabalo ko unsa kalisod mangita ug mga odd jobs workers like electrician, plumber, etc labi na kung wala kaayo kay connection. Even though daghan fb pages for specific trades, mostly dili sila ga reply or dili na jud active ang page.

So with Good Word, here's how im planning to bridge that gap:

Kung naa mo kaila na worker na maayo mu trabaho, always ninyo gina kuha kung naa moy ipaayo or unsa ba, pwede ninyo sila ipost sa web app (please make sure to ask for their consent para dili sila matingala asa nakuha ilang number or unsa ba). So kung naay mangita ug para ato na mu trabaho, sa web app na tayo mag tingin.

It's a win-win situation kay una, mas easy na mag hanap ng workers if the listing grows. Kaduha, maka dagdag income ni sa deserving, honest, and reliable workers na per day lang ang mga projects/trabaho. Very good avenue for these hardworking people to connect more with clients/customers and get more projects/income.
