
Phone based timekeeping and payroll system for small business owners.
Hello everyone, I would like to share the timekeeping and payroll app I created for our business.
I created this kasi I manage atleast 30 people from 2 different businesses. Yung isa may 6 branches.
So what it does is that timekeeping is done through phone instead of biometrics. Geofenced ang ang branch and office assignment per employee so meaning they can't clock in if outside sila sa radius ng office. However, you can assign multiple branches to an employee incase merong may ganung setup dito na pinapalipat lipat nila ng branches yung employee nila. Kami kasi ganun, hehe. Use case is pag nag leave si employee 1 ng branch A , kinocover ng employee 2 from branch B. And makikita niyo na din saang branch nag clock in si employee B.
Timekeeping shows sinong employees ang naka leave, absent, late, and not yet timed in.
Meron din siyang calendar for shifting schedules, where employees can organize their schedules. This is great for business na may night and shifting schedules. Meron ding swap duty feature dito.
Timekeeping is also attached na din sa payroll system. If employees are late, you can set deductions minutes per late. You can also set grace period if you allow that like 8am ang clock in, 5 mins grace period meaning they are not late if they time in at 8:04. Pero pwede na sila ma deduct if they clock in at 8:06.
Payroll system covers leave requests, cash advance requests, company loans, deductions of government contributions, automatic compensation on holidays (national and local), you can assign specific local holidays per branch, kasi like us, iba ang holidays ni branch A na nasa Province X from branch B in Province Z.
Ive been using this for a month now and so far okay ang timekeeping, medyo buggy lang ang payroll pa and currently fixing it pa.
