So I ordered some pure culture skin care worth 1300+ pesos and what arrived was a box of hot wheels. Napansin ko na yung sticker na may address namin nakapatong sa original na sticker ng package. So magmemessage nako sa seller and just saw their pics that they packed their product, the skin care and a picture of the package that was way different than the one I got.

Si mom ko kasi yung kumuha ng package so nabayaran na siya and all. nag try padin ako magmessage pero bots lang ng seller ang sumasagot and wala namang tunay na tao na nagrereply sakin. So nag request nako ng refund and nakalagay is wrong item delivered. nagsend nako ng videos and pics pati nadin yung sinend sakin ni seller pero since nabayaran na siya through cod, gusto ko ng refund.

Ngayon, I was refunded na pero lumampas na yung day na dapat may magpipickup ng package. Meron padin ba na mag pipickup/iintayin ko padin ba na may magpickup? and if hindi na siya mapick up, anong gagawin ko sa box ng hotwheels? 😅
