The back case/panel of my Nokia 2780 is cracked and if the crack grows any bigger it won’t stay on idk how this happened I just noticed it when I woke up this morning. Anyone know where I can get replacement parts for reference I’m in Canada.

Hey yall maybe I’m missing something but I got an email saying I have a negative account balance and I can get a refund but I can’t for the life of me find that form it keeps redirecting me to mybcit to fill out the form but I can’t find it there either. If anyone knows how to access the form help is much appreciated
