Had the experience of trying to cancel my T-Mobile line to get told over the phone that I had to go in the store then go in the store and then get told that they can’t do it in the store and that you have to call in and now I’m in a vicious circle trying to end my service.

Wasn’t there a congressional hearing on how companies had to start and end a service with the same level of effort? I do remember some class actions law suits around it.

We’re just supposed to be the little ones that continue to get screwed and charged by the big cellphone companies with no recourse? Ching, another one.

You remember how there were support tickets before? Funny how they got rid of it and now there’s no accountability or tracking. Just call and chats with AI you’re supposed to keep track of while you try and live your life. Ching, another charge.
