First 5K with no walking breaks! Thanks for the encouragement!
Last week I posted my first 5K but I took a few walking breaks and the goal felt unaccomplished, but after the encouragement of y’all I finally broke through and hit my first nonstop 5K tonight!
Big thanks to those who gave me the push and advice I needed to meet this first goal! Is it reasonable to start pushing to shave down my time or should I constitue focusing on just hitting 5K for the time being?
First 5K!!
Is this a decent pace for my first 5k?
Been struggling with kidney issues and trying to push through to my goal of running a 5K without needing any walk breaks (I had to take a few today.)
Really proud of myself for hitting the 5K goal, but wanting to make sure I’m doing this correctly! Any tips on how to hit 5k straight without needing to take walk breaks? Or am I focused on the wrong thing?
Appreciate any help!
