How much of your lead gen is contingent on your personal network?

Our sales director has been very open about metrics recently, and that the only way our numbers are going to get hit is if we start utilizing LinkedIN and going after CEO's to sell larger package deals in comparison to just single units while cold calling.

I was interested in your opinions in this group, especially those who have more tenure than I do. Has this been the case for your sales experience? What percent of your success would you say came from company leads vs your own outreach to people through social media or your circle?

For the Deus II users, what is the best setting for a lake shoreline in the southeast, USA.

There’s a nearby lake that has been lowering in depth throughout the years and has some shoreline with lots of works and clay. Was curious what the best setting would be to navigate that terrain.

Just curious if anyone else is going. I would like to, it seems cool. I'm a bit disorganized I figured it would help.

I always thought it would be cool to sponsor a chess tournament.

I'm a terrible player, my FIDE is 1200. I don't really have interest in playing in the tournament. And I don't have a company to promote or anything like that.

But getting chess players together, making a bracket, and setting up a tournament sounds like a fun time.
