Confuse about PC Versions

Hello, i have downloaded 2k26 in the PC Xbox Game Pass app for free.

But i think it is a different game from the Xbox, cause i have the Xbox too and the progress did not share to each other.

But the most confusing thing is that you cannot seem to buy 2k27 for PC on the Xbox App, so what is going on?
Why there is not 2k27 version in the PC XBOX app?

The rest of DLC's i could, but those i could only find PS3 ones.

Why on PC i see the vertical version of the live stream?

I am pretty sure this one is currently streaming in dual horizontal and vertical formats.

Why Chrome and Firefox choose to play the vertical mode? On the Samsung TV player it plays in horizontal.

I guess it has to do with the User-Agent or something like that.

Do you know how to play the horizontal version of the stream? Youtube should let you choose.
