Hi everyone!

I'll be moving to Singapore in early July, and I'm trying to decide which telco to go with.

My usage will probably be:
-Lots of data (Maps, YouTube, Spotify, social media)
-Good coverage on campus (NTU), around Singapore, and on the MRT
-Good value for money rather than just the cheapest option
-Can also suggest which is the best not considering monetary constraints.

I've seen names like Simba, GOMO, ZYM, Eight MyRepublic, Circles. Life, Singtel, StarHub and V but it's a bit overwhelming.

Which one would you recommend for an NTU student in 2026? Are there any telcos I should avoid because of poor coverage or reliability?

I'd also appreciate hearing what you're currently using and whether you've had any issues.
