I am trying to find a way to have the last tab automatically pull up duplicates from the previous tabs and also pull in all information. as of now, there are only 5 tabs, but this will be a growing sheet and want to be able to have this automated. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

The first image is a simple logo that I created for my brother-in-laws website. Simple shapes and things of that nature are easy for me to navigate, however, he asked if I "pixelate" the image (2nd image is what he used AI to explain what he had in mind). I just refuse to use AI and give it to him to use.
