Help finding name of a bl manga please

okay so this Japanese manga (this is what I remember), they are in high school and it shows this group of 4 friends but two of them are mainly showed and they basically, as a joke and for their two friends to laugh, act out/ pretend to do these romantic scenarios but one boy actually likes the other one. That’s all I remember so please if anyone knows or recognizes this. it was maybe 5-8 chapters not too long. Please let me know ty!!!!

double helix extreme pain

I got my double helix 5 days ago and it’s throbbing 24/7 ive had headaches past 5 days and especially where i circled(next to that piercing) it hurts so much to the touch. Red and really warm. I don’t know what to do I want to take them out they hurt so much. Can someone help me if that is normal for it to hurt really bad there?
