I’ve gotta small leak about 2-feet in front of my home. It’s inline with the spigot and about two feet down. I’ve already cleared a 3x3 section of lawn to deal with it.

What’s the fastest, most economical way to patch this up? Also, I want opinions of J&B Welds, fiberglass-and-putty kit for particularly type of repair. Please elaborate if you’ve done it yourself, as I’m researching several methods of repair. Thanks!
