Omnipods leaking and not connecting issue. Hba1c 8.1

My 15 year old is looping with an omnipod dash. It’s been 2 years and her a1c has crept up to 8.1, whichI s the worst since she was diagnosed 6 years ago. She is diligent in pre blousing, her carb ratios seem to be okay and basal seems fine. But we’re finding that almost every pod stops working after around 32 hours and there are issues with leaking. She usually spends the next 12 or so hours high after we change it and I think this contributing to her bad a1c. It’s like we see a gradual rise and then change it too late. But they shouldn’t be disintegrating this quickly. We’ve tried tegaderm for the tunnelling and this works to a point but only for 24 hours or so. We also have a lot of connectivity issues. I’m at a loss. Her a1c is getting worse but her mental is so much better in the omnipod compared to the t-slim. I’m not sure whether to gently suggest that another pump might be better.

Would hysterectomy with ovary removal solve everything?

TLDR - can you still have pelvic pain from pelvic congestion if you don't have a uterus and ovaries?
Hi Everyone, new here and would love your help :) I had a total hysterectomy six months ago and also ovary removal. The hysterectomy was for fibroids and ovaries removed because of family cancer history. My biopsy also came back with adenomyosis and ovarian venous congestion, both of which I had no clue about. Probably explains why I constantly felt like I'd been kicked in the groin for the last 20 years and my periods were horrifically painful with mainly leg pain. I was surprised by the results but then put it to the back of my mind. But now I realised I am still feeling similar pain from time to time and wondering if this is actually possible if they removed the offending organs and vein system? Who would I go and see to work this out?

Loafers still in fashion?

I have a foot issue which means I can’t wear heels, super flat flats or pointy toes shoes. I’ve been living in Birkenstocks but now i need closed toe shoes. Sneakers are generally okay but I need something smarter sometimes. I’ve always liked the chunky loafers that have been around for a while but wondering if they are still in fashion? I’ve always refrained because I have big feet and skinny legs and thought I’d look like a golf club. Please don’t tell me to wear whatever I like and ignore fashion!
