My mother in laws Fiber went down today. Most likely the neighbor behind cut the line again when trimming. She only has the 300 plan with VOIP. So she also doesn't have a phone right now. Her cellphone is not AT&T because it is just backup emergency and it is on an $8/mo Tello plan.
What are her options to keep her phone and possibly internet running in this case.
I transitioned my mother in laws phone to Tello yesterday and the total actually transfer time including moving the number from AT&T was less than an hour.
She only uses it for emergencies so she didn't need a full plan. Killed me that the best plan on AT&T is almost $40/mo. I put her on the $8 300 minute, 2 GB plan. It saves about $360/year.
Why do they change things? My 86 year old mother-in-law is completely confused. I agree the new interface is so confusing. Is there anyway of changing it back?
Had a temporary power failure at my church and since I monitor it and also get the automatic ticket support emails, I of course received one. But instead of closing it automatically, they kept on trying to update the ticket with no access. The Fiber is working fine but apparently they don't know that. After the 5th no access email I tried to chat and then call them to close the ticket. The chat was basically screwed up and telling me to call. So I called and twice I got hung up on. I am now going to wait until tomorrow and try to call our rep. Or someone in the US. I am so fed up with them.

I am getting random times the old Sagemcom just stops working. I have to pull the power and re plug in to get it to work again.
I know they can't reproduce this in the store. Would they swap me a newer version? Advice is greatly appreciated.
It worked when I had it at home and now I am 550 miles away and it says no service. I tried resetting network settings and also adding wholesale to the APN. It works great on my cell. The only difference is the iPad does not support 5G. Any ideas? I am stumped.
I have an older iPad that will not update to IOS 18. How do I get text messages from my Tello sim? I tried to register the number with messages but I need the pin it sends. Thanks for any assistance.
