what chocolate do you use? and what butter works best for this type of pastry?

i usually bake cookies & i havent tried baking pastries like croissants & the like.

i wanna know what to do now. its getting bad after almost 5-6yrs of being okay.

im starting to get quiet again. in my own world, almost staring out into the blue almost all the time.

there’s one triggering factor but i dont know how to deal with this now. i want to be able to breathe and be alone somewhere.

please let me know what to do and what to do and maybe places to go thats good to be alone.
