I am so afraid to spend diamonds because it shows up as actual money. As you can see I have enough diamonds to spend, but if I spend them will it charge me money?

6 weeks postpartum with my first. Had checkup with OB yesterday and he recommended I use Lolo birth control as its lower in estrogen (I think?) than my previous birth control pill. However, it says on the brochure not to use if pregnant or breastfeeding (which I am, and he is aware). Just wondering if this was an overcite or if its commonly used and just not "on label".
If anyone has used it please let me know! Thank you!
