Pleaseeeee help me ...I don't have a single project in my resume😭😭🙏🙏🙏

I have learnt web dev (frontend only). But i don't know how to apply the knowledge and build projects . Should i start from scratch (I have to do DSA in this summer break because i have my intern season next sem so I have less time) or I should use Google Ai Studio or any other AI (please tell which one) .Can I build projects using these and use them in resume. Is it possible to change OEC after allotment. If yes then how ?
