This is my first time switching companies, so I’m pretty new to the job market.
I’m targeting Senior Data Scientist / ML Engineer roles. Please be brutally honest, roast the resume.

Managed to get these collection from my nearby hypermarket within a week. Guess I had perfect timing.
Finally became a homeowner after years of saving. It’s a 4 BHK villa in Devanahalli (not main Bangalore, I know 😅), but it’s mine and I’m incredibly proud of it. Still doesn’t feel real, excited for this new chapter. Cheers to new beginnings!
Buying a villa in Bangalore for ₹1.71 crore. Advocate charged 5.6% stamp duty AND 0.5% cess separately on top (see image).
My understanding is 5.6% already includes cess. So this looks like ₹85,500 extra charged.
Can anyone who recently registered property in Bangalore confirm, does 5.6% stamp duty include cess or is cess charged separately?
Thanks!
