Does anyone have tips to help me grow my hair out?

Hello! I've been on a hairgrowth journey for about 3 years, but I can't seem to get it to grow past my shoulders. Any curly haired people had the same experience? And regardless of your hair type, do you have any tips??

First image is my hair currently and second is around the length I want it to be (I'm happy with any improvements though).

Hello everyone! Before you read this, I just want to say that I love my curls, and I would never make a post like this if I didn't intend on embracing them and maybe, in the future, helping other people in similar situations embrace theirs too!

So, going straight to the point, I've been on my natural hair journey for around 5 years now, and even though I spent a lot of time trying to learn how to take proper care of it, most of the time my daily doesn't give me the result im looking for. The closest I've gotten was when I finger coiled each one of my curls

My biggest dream was to have long hair again, however, it doesn't grow past this point. And recently, it's been very hard to get it to not look frizzy and weird. My hair is very thin, has low porosity, and a 3b curl type, what can I do to achieve my hair goals, and feel good about them?

For my routine: I currently use salonline shampoo (bomba line), a loreal condicioner (the pink line), and a hydration mask from lola, I do a double shampoo, aply the mask and brush through, and then aply the condicioner and finger detangle. I do brush styling and air-dry. I've given up on wearing a bonnet because my day 1 hair doesn't look good, so I just sleep in a ponytail.
