Problem with my Pilea - Chlorosis ?

Hello, my dear pilea seems to be in pain since a while.
I had it at the begining of the spring, it was way smaller.

I put her next to a north-east window and she has morning sun. I feed her when she's dry or almost. I though she was having her best time because she has doubled in size and even gave a baby !

But 2 months agos she started having this yellowish colored leaves. It's not overwatering, the stems and leaves are still ferm.

It looks like a chlorosis problem. My tap water (I cannot have rain water) is mid soft/hard and my other plants seems to enjoy it (2 Peperomias, 2 pothos, 2 baby pilea mojitos, 1 Aglaonema, 1 philo birkin). So I don't know where it could come from ? Soil ? Water ?

I think I'll repot it soon in a better soil (it's still the plant nursery bad soil) but I don't know what to do with the yellowish leaves.

So here are my questions :

  • Do you confirm it's chlorosis ?
  • Does the leaves will turn back beautifull once it'll be better ?
  • What would you do ? Repot in nice fresh soil and pray for her or cut everything and cry ?

Mon agence immobilière est-elle dans son droit ?

Bonjour à tous, j'ai conscience que ma demande n'est pas prioritaire, voilà mon problème :

La résidence où je vis est neuve, livrée en décembre 2025. J'y ai emménagé directement, en tant que locataire.

Il y a 3 étages, un rdc non habité, un parking sous terrain et un ascenseur qui va du parking au troisième étage qui est le seul accès piéton au parking (on doit utiliser l'accès voiture pour aller au parking)

Depuis février l'ascenseur est en panne avec une étiquette du constructeur disant qu'il y a un souci mécanique en cours et qu'un devis est en train d'être fait. Rien n'a changé depuis. J'ai appelé mon agence il y a 2 mois pour demander où ça en était, on m'a dit que c'était en cours et que le syndicat s'en occupait. J'ai demandé le numéro du syndic... Apparemment ils n'ont pas le droit de le donner.

Voilà mes questions :

  1. Ont-ils le droit de ne pas donner le numéro du syndic ?

  2. Ont-ils le droit de laisser traîner à ce point malgré l'absence d'accès piéton ?

  3. Est-ce normal que le devis traîne autant sachant que l'ascenseur est neuf ?

  4. Aucun changement dans les charges, sachant qu'elles incluent l'utilisation d'un ascenseur, est-ce normal ?

How Give up claims peace term works ?

Hello, I'm facing a problem here. Playing as France, i want burgondy royal mariage but they rivaled me. I declare a war on them to stop the rivalry and force them to give up with the claims they have on me.

But here is the problem, before the peace, they want several provinces for me, up to -95 opinion :

Burgundy opinion on France before the treaty

Sum up of the peace deal (for non french users : Burgundy and dependencies give up on cores in Bourbonnais, France and Orléans, Burgundy is forced to unrival France)

Peace deal

And after the treaty (I waited for mensual tick and even annual tick), almost the same :

Burgundy opinion on France after the treaty

Is this a bug or anything ?

How do I completely force them to give up on claims ?
