Kindle chicken
Made this in a couple hours today. Realized my kindle gooseneck holder didn’t work well with my new reading chair, and wanted something I could kind of snuggle with while reading.
Pattern by DAKnCrafts on Etsy, left off the pocket on the back and added weighted gems from the craft aisle to give it a little heft at the bottom. Also extended the shelf length and width wise so accommodate for the kindle colorsoft which is a bit heavy.

Looking for patterns to make for moms with losses in hospital
I hope this is appropriate to post here. I’m a postpartum nurse who crochets at work a lot, and I’m trying to figure out something small I can make for the moms who have fetal demises. Looked for something like an angel baby on Etsy, but most of them looked too much like precious moments dolls or were just too big. Coworker suggested small hats, but I’m not great with wearables and would have to make a large variety of sizes depending on baby’s gestational age. Any one have any ideas?
