Emotions and H.I.

I had a lightbulb moment for me yesterday with my histamine issues. How much histamine symptoms mirror shame. I’m tapping into and recognizing how many situations in my life cause me to feel shame and I’m curious if this feels like something to anyone else?
I can think back to when I first started feeling my histamine issues and it was at a time where a boss was verbally abusive and I felt shame almost daily from the comments my boss made.
Anyone else find emotional or spiritual connections to histamine intolerance?

AI use for fertility

Soooo I just found out the clinic we’re going to used AI for a lot of their services and I don’t know what to make of it.
This is a place we’re starting anew for a second opinion on things after being at a clinic for over a year without success or any answers. I don’t love the new places setup, but beggars can’t be choosers. They make you go through a multitude of tests and then you have a sit down with the doctor to go over everything all at once and discuss a plan to go forward. So 4 visits in and haven’t discussed any of the testing results. My brain is going absolutely insane.
But last night I find out this place uses ai for test result reads and multiple parts of ivf. Maybe this was in their waivers, honestly didn’t ready the oodles of pages. I feel caught off guard. I know there’s a such thing as human error but do we really trust AI with this?

I’m wearing the Briony dress this upcoming weekend as a wedding guest for a formal wedding that my husband is a groomsmen in!
I was counting on it being nice weather-it’s not going to be. 50s and rainy.
I was going to wear little brown kitten heels, hair half up.
What can I wear to keep me warm that won’t take down the formality?

▲ 2 r/SIBO

Just got a diagnosis and I’m on the fence about taking antibiotics.
So about 3.5-4 years ago is when I think SIBO started from severe stress. Daily bloating that looked like I was 7mo pregnant. Multiple doctors visits and just being told it was IBS and to stop eating gluten.
Finally went to a holistic doctor 2.5 years ago and I’ve done parasite cleanses and now years of supplementing that’s helped support opening drainage pathways and supporting a healthy gut and it’s been life saving honestly. I’m at the point of no bloating unless I eat FODMAPS and ferments. I still struggle with brain fog and energy levels. But I thought I was cool with just living like this, but I finally got a doctor to give me a SIBO test and it came back positive this week while “in remission” so to speak.
So even after years of supplementing that’s helped and feeling generally good for about a year? I still have SIBO.
I’ve heard so many stories of failure with antibiotics - I’m very nervous this would just cause a relapse more than help. But it could work to wipe it out completely and maybe I would recover from them very well because of all the work I’ve done!
I just want to be able to have apple pie and coconut sugar and peanutbutter again!
Thoughts?

My spouse and I just returned from Costa Rica. Flight into Miami and we had a connecting flight to our final destination.

We shared one suitcase that we went to collect at customs bag claim and we saw our bag fall onto the carousel on the opposite side but it never came around to us. The second we realize it was gone I started speeding through the airport trying to find if someone took it. Spouse went to the help desk and they said we had to wait till our final destination to report it missing.

At final destination the lady told us that it’s not uncommon for customs to take luggage and keep it for inspection?

My spouse travels internationally a few times a year for work and has never had this happen. When I was pulled for “random” screening before, I was pulled into a room with my bag.

We didn’t get any notice (if it is in fact customs) that our bag was being screened.

And for the record we are not trying to transport anything illegal.

We reported the bag missing.

Do you think it could be customs or did someone steal our luggage?
