I know NY can pay more but seems like there's a lot more supply chain jobs in Jersey.

I am having some traction in the US but thinking of expanding my search. What is your experience?

I biked from Manhattan to Queensboro and I was out of breath 😭😭😭. Are there any other ways into Queens without going on an incline?

I've seen people on here say that they had sales ops offers with 0 years of experience during 2021. With companies now realizing that it's cheaper to hire humans than AI, do you think there will be a hiring boom? Or am I being too optimistic?

Had an interview for an entry level sales ops role where I did one phone interview with HR and the second with a hiring manager. The hiring manager was selling the company and I thought the interview went well. Last night I got a rejection email. I wasn't crashing out or anything but I was disappointed. I come from a product marketing/sales enablement background and have been looking to pivot to this field. I even got some Hubspot certs and I learn Salesforce on my free time. I know I would've gotten hired if companies weren't looking for candidates who are 100% fit. If it matters, I'm in the NYC/NJ area and I am a black male.

I knwo biking on trails but how about biking in between towns or biking to different towns to check out cool stuff? I bike to nearby towns to eat.

I want to go biking in some rural areas but worried if this bike will be able to handle it
