Haiiii, would just like to ask about internship application (for state institution). Nakalagay kasi dun sa form for applying na need ng pirma at contact details ng OJT coordinator, pero the thing is I am doing this internship na voluntary lang (as someone na di mapalad na makakuha ng units nung midyear) and hindi siya part ng curriculum ko.

I am wondering kung sino ang pwede kong ilagay here... like adviser ko ba?? Or ng chair ng department namin???
