Hi all, I’m very new to lawn care / gardening. My front lawn is full of broadleaf weed…tried plucking them out with the root but it’s back breaking!

Can anyone help me with this Hawaiian palm situation please? Had this plant for about a year. It was infested with spider mites at one stage, but it has since cleared. However, all of the leaves are drying and browning away. The weather is getting warmer where I live, and in the ball park of 15-25 deg Celsius. It sits on a south west facing window sill. Water it about once every 2-3 weeks.
Its stem is still pretty firm.

Hi guys, I’m planning to swapping out old light fixtures / switches and sockets to new ones. I have the lights and switches. What is a reasonable quote from an electrician? (Without any need for rewiring)
Electrician wants to charge per item:
€200 for each light fixture
€30 for a switch
€40 for sockets
Am I being ripped off?
Can anyone recommend / know of any car air conditioning repair shops? The evaporator of my VW Polo has given up on life.
