O/U Stock Questions

Anyone know if butt stocks are fairly universal on Over Unders?

I have a 12 gauge gun made by Fratelli Gamba and badged as a Rottweil Trap Montreal '99.

It has a cast off stock and I'm a lefty and need a cast in. I've seen buttstocks from other Gamba shotguns for sale as well as a cast in lefty buttstock made for an SKB that looks very similar to what's on my Rottweil only righty.

Will any of these fit? How does one go about getting an exact replacement of a buttstock?

Gas Block Woes

Both a short barrel .300 aac and a 5.56 setup I built have been over gassed when I shoot them suppressed. I ordered 2 adjustable gas blocks assuming this would be the solution.

Tried the test with opening them a turn at a time and firing with one round in the mag to see if the bolt would catch on the mag.

Both guns are now undergassed even with the gas block all the way open. Reading up a little it seems that open all the way isn't as much gas as a solid block.

Is this a common problem?
