I bought the tea tree tingle conditioner but it's really hard to get out of the bottle. It's really thick and the bottle is too rigid for my puny hands to get much of a squeeze.

It can be either heat-and-meals or meal kits that the customers prepare themselves. Some of my patients want the former and some of them want the latter.
The majority of my patients are weight loss patients. Sometimes they have high blood pressure and high cholesterol on top of that. But rarely diabetes, food intolerances, or athletes.
Then a year of a reverse paid baking internship at the most competitive bakery to get an internship at in the Northeast. Reverse paid means you pay the bakery $9,500 for the privilege of doing their work while your preceptors give you weekly unconstructive criticism. Then you study for and pass a written test on mainly irrelevant material. You have to do these things in order to get your baking license or you can't legally do it. Then you spend seven years working in a bakery alongside unhappy, unpleasant people. Then you develop a really high quality repertoire of products on your own. You finally get a rented space in a food hall. A customer walks up to you and orders bread. You ask them what kind of bread they want. They say "I don't know; figure it out." You ring up the bread and send the bill to their employer. Then the customer tastes the bread, throws it directly in the trash, and asks you to make it over again. Every week. People have no idea what it's like to be so fatigued that when you try to push through it you don't get more work done, all you get is nauseous and a migraine. Sometimes I faint. And the entire time people just think you're lazy. They have no idea. My old supervisor seemed to think I was trying to evade work and he was trying to get me fired. And all I needed was breaks at unconventional times. At the end of the day I still got my work load done. I was a salaried employee, not hourly. I just took breaks. And for that he stalked me around the work building trying to prove I wasn't doing work every single minute because I took breaks. I hope he rots in hell.
