If I mount my U7 Lite on the wall instead of on the ceiling, should I expect significant signal loss?

I installed NextDNS CLI via SSH on my Unifi Express 7 and set my NextDNS ID in the configuration. Now I want to exclude some Clients from filtering, but in NextDNS there is no option.

Do you hav any idea how I can use NextDNS just for selected Clients?

Hi all,

I'm moving away from GL.Inet Flint 2 (GL-MT6000) and ordered an Unifi Express 7 and a Unifi U7 lite (with PoE connector) to covee the WiFi Signal in my whole flat.

My plans are to run 3 different WiFi SSIDs with 3 separate Subnets and ProtonVPN Wireguard VPN sessions for selected clients.

I hope that with this setup I will have a stable WiFi connection for my 3 SSIDs 🙂,

I want to use my GL-MT3000 as wired AP to extend my WiFi signal at home. On my GL-MT3000 I have 3 separate WiFi SSIDs and each SSID is on own Network, as example:

• Home - 192.168.8.0/24
• Guest - 192.168.9.0/24
• IoT - 192.168.10.0/24

Now the question is, which steps I need to do to get all 3 SSIDs also on my GL-MT3000 AP? …and the GL-MT6000 shoud be the “only” DHCP server!
Can you please help me?

I'd like to store IP addresses, MAC addresses, hostnames, and device information (just the data) in a centralized location somehow. Sure, I could put it all in a text file, but a simple web app would be cool.
