Reporting Shopee PH
Has anyone tried reporting Shopee Hub/Rider/Shopee Philippines for repeated incidents of logistics/Delivery mishandling issues?
Context:
Marami na akong reports sa Shopee Customer Service about sa mishandling ng parcels on multiple occasions and paulit ulit lang response nila na they will escalate it to proper teams pero wala naman nagiging improvement ang nangyayari.
Yung packaging used ng the seller na pinagbibilhan ko are made of hard sturdy material, designed to withstand normal transit. May sticker rin na special handling/fragile. Pero upon delivery, palaging damaged, yupi, and may mga butas pa. Yung items sa loob, yupi na rin.
Nung una, i tried to understand the situation na baka isolated incident lang pero seeing other customers in other areas receive their orders with little to no issues made me think na yung hub/rider yung problem.
Kahit paulit ulit ko ireport yung incidents ko sa shopee cs, walang nangyayari. Saan ba pwede iraise si Shopee? Baka sakali na magkaroon sila ng improvement pero at the very least, mag start man lang sila sana ng tunay na investigation.
