Segway GT3 Pro rear wheel lockup at 35 MPH

The most heart attacking moment happened to me on my Segway GT3 Pro. I was riding around 30-35 MPH with BOOST mode enabled and then I felt the rear wheel lock up completely and it threw me forward, luckily I gained control fast and pulled off to the side, The scooter completely turned off and just was gliding, No abnormal noise at all, the scooter just could not turn on or connect to my phones bluetooth. Once I pulled off safely I inspected the wheel and noticed this white/ baby blue ish stuff on my rear hub it looks like a chalky substance on the hub motor. When I got home I plugged the scooter in and it turned on fine but it showed Error Code 24. I unplugged it and replugged it and it went away I did a freespin test it was buttery smooth, no motor grinding or phase wire resistance, and it's charging normally. Everything seems fine but definitely something concerning, has anybody had something like this happen on the GT3 Pro?

Segway app Scheduled Charging cutting off early & auto-disabling? GT3 Pro or Segway App Bug?

Hey everyone, wanted to check if anyone else is running into this specific app or glitch on their GT3 Pro (or other Segway models)

I charged my scooter to 85% so I can preserve battery life, once my scooter 85% I unplugged it and set the charging limit back to 100%. And then I enabled schedule charging so my scooter could charge very early in the morning so I wouldn’t leave it at 100% for hours. I woke up, turned on the GT3 Pro and it just turned on showing 85% like it never charged at all even though I set the scheduled charging to charge to 100%. This is honestly strange because the scheduled charging feature works even when I’m not home, my GT3 Pro literally charges in a room where I got excellent Bluetooth signal and my phone is nearby. Has anybody had issues with this?

Segway Ninebot Lab for GT3 Pro not showing S-ABS?

I was checking the Segway app and I went into the Segway Mobility app, and I noticed S-ABS isn’t there, It was working perfectly fine. I’ve restarted my phone and it still shows this issue, Somehow the GT3 Pro’s ABS is still enabled but I cannot disable or re enable it this just happened now, I’m just curious what happened.

Segway GT3 Pro Horn Button Failure at 400 Miles

Hey everyone

Looking for some advice or to see if this is a widespread issue. I have a Segway SuperScooter GT3 Pro with only about 400 miles on it. My horn button has issues. The horn itself is definitely fine because it still blasts loud and clear when the scooter alarm goes off. It seems the physical OEM button is just unresponsive I ride a lot of urban routes in Los Angeles (potholes, vibrations, etc.), but 400 miles seems way too early for a premium machine's switches to give out

Has anybody else had this issue with the Segway Superscooter GT series?

Appreciate any tips or workarounds!

Best rearview mirror for GT3 Pro?

Hello! I’ve been interested in getting a GT3 Pro. I’m considering getting mirrors for it. Do you have any suggestions? I prefer clamp-on or bolt-on mirrors for security and stability, so they don’t fall off while driving at 50 mph. Thanks!

I was experimenting to see if this Max G2 can go faster then 22 MPH. I managed to glitch the cruise control by lifting the rear wheel, precisely timing the cruise control, and then driving off. Surprisingly, it’s quite fast, reaching a speed of 24 MPH, basically tying the ZT3 Pro.

Does anybody know why my motor is doing this very aggressive thumping sound, it’s never happened before. It’s not just a rattle; I can actually feel the 'thump' through the deck. When I accelerate or brake while riding, I have no idea if there is a problem with the motor or not but it seems to roll fine only just when acceleration and braking you can feel a thumping. Has anybody ever had this problem?
