I deposited most of my liquid money into a new Truist account and they put a 10 day hold on it it’s showing up as current/pending is there anyway to use the money anyway? I already called the bank. I need to pay for medication I will die without.

essentially, I put all my liquid money into deposited checks into a new Truist account and the first check I deposited they offered me availability and then the rest they put a 10 day hold on because my account is new but they show up in my pending balance and my current balance is there anyway that I can go around the bank and spend the pending/current balance anyway I really need the money
I already called the bank. They said since it's a new account there's always holds placed on new account checks. which annoyed me because the first check I deposited they offered immediate availability however it was for a very small amount. With peace and love i'm not asking for answers like oh just wait for it to clear. I'm looking for ways to spend the money anyway that's pending/current because I need to buy medicine that i will die without.
I unfortunately only have maxed out credit cards. I just graduated college last year and got a good job but then got really sick so got put in a bad financial situation.

and unfortunately, my credit is absolutely trash because I had a nice life going for myself but then when I got sick, I couldn’t pay for any of it.
