Looking for someone to move into the room in my 2b1ba apartment in noho.

About the place: the block only has two streets going in and out, so it’s a quiet spot. Also right next to an old folks home and most people around are families. We have a small park nearby, a pool, onsite coin laundry, and AC! The rent is $1017 plus utilities, which works out to about $1200 a month. The damage to the wall wasn’t me, and the room has been thoroughly cleaned, this picture was from move out day.

About me: my name is Lamb, I’m a musician and student, I moved here two years ago from Texas. I have a pretty busy schedule but I am home fairly often working on schoolwork or music stuff, I don’t make much noise though. I also go on tour once or twice a year. Ideally I’d like to live with someone I see eye to eye with, like an artist or someone around my age (late 20s).
