I’m getting this rattling/ticking noise from the right side of the engine.

I already replaced the CCT with a genuine OEM Honda tensioner and gasket. The pin was removed and the plunger released properly, but the noise is still there.

Clutch lever in/out doesn’t change the sound. Idle is stable and I don’t feel any obvious power loss.

Previous owner said the cam chain was replaced, but I don’t know if the guides/sliders were replaced.

Based on the video, what does this sound like to you? Cam chain guide, exhaust leak, valve train noise, or something else?
