I Hate How People View Us

I just googled r/therian in the Reddit search bar, and a post came up [in a different sub] where basically everyone called us 'mentally sick'. Someone even said that kids should be put down for doing this, like with animals. I hate it. It's literally so wrong. There's a difference between thinking of yourself as an animal and KNOWING YOU'RE A HUMAN but identifying as an animal non-physically [I know there are physical therians and I don't mean to exclude!]. And people don't even TRY to understand. I had to lose friends because of their misconceptions. Now I feel disgusted with myself. I hate this...

Does this make me a therian?

Hey guys! I've commented + posted here b4, trying to figure out my identity. I eventually settled on therian, though now I'm questioning otherlink [also figured out I'm starkin >:3]. I've always thought of myself to be a therian, with my main type being a snow leopard [but I have others, mostly big cats].

A few questions- if I KNOW I'm human, and feel like a human, but I think I was born in the wrong body and I definitely had a past life before, does this make me a spiritual therian? How do I know if I'm psychological? Also, how do you figure out your theriotypes? I figured out I was lots of big cats because I felt so connected to them, like they were me. I also hope to come back as one of them. But then I also feel like I'm other animals too, how do you know?

And how to tell if you're otherlink or a therian? Because I don't know if I 'identify' as an animal [can someone explain it to me a bit better?] but I don't think I just chose an animal, or that I'm faking it. HELP?

I don't have any gear yet, but I'm planning on making some, so maybe once I start wearing it it'll be easier for me to understand? I'll take any help to tell me its okay and that I'm not faking [if I am I don't mean to why is this so hard?]

P.S. Sorry for kinda venting/weird formatting, I had to get it out. I have no one to talk to IRL so I'm relying on you guys :P
