I recently launched my online store focusing on custom stickers/transfers. Everything is set up (tracking app, commission rates, etc.), but now I'm facing the challenge of actually finding and recruiting affiliates.

For those who have run successful affiliate programs for physical products:

How did you land your first 5-10 active affiliates?

Is cold outreach on IG/TikTok still effective, or do you recommend other channels?

Honestly, I'm about to lose it. I make custom sticker sheets and the edges keep curling up, even after letting them sit overnight. I've tried different paper weights, laminate, and even a heavy book on top. Nothing seems to work. It's mostly happening with the larger sheets, and I'm wondering if it's a cutting issue or something with the adhesive. Is this just a normal thing with sticker sheets? Should I just accept it or is there a trick I'm missing? Would love to hear what works for you all.
