Turns out it is really easy to add existing Lab data, whether you have from your provider or other test.
Click on Health -> Advanced Labs -> Upload tests. Take a screenshot or create a PDF of your tests and upload there.
Spent way too much time asking Whoop support or the stupid AI how to do this and was repeatedly told it was not possible.
