Sycamore + GTK demo

I've been working on an experimental integration between Sycamore and GTK4. Sycamore is a reactive framework for building web apps with Rust + WASM. Here, Sycamore is running completely natively and driving a GTK4 app instead of a web app.

The goal is to create the easiest and most elegant way of writing GTK4 apps in Rust.

To follow along, visit the Sycamore website where you can join our Discord server!

Joined a run club and I was the slowest - what do I do

so I’ve gotten into running over the last few months and have really enjoyed it as a lot of my friends run too. On average I run 7:00-7:30 pace.

People I know from my gym have made a run club and so I joined their 10k run last week as I thought I’d be fine as I’ve done 10k a few times before (at my own pace). The slowest pace was 6:30.

I stayed to the back and tried to keep up but by 3k I needed to take my gel as I was dying. Luckily everyone was so kind and waited for me and I completed the run but it was a real struggle.

I want to keep running with them as I hope to improve both my endurance and my speed - is this stupid? I know my longer runs are meant to be slower but I’d love to join their run club, or should I train by myself and join again once I’ve improved my pace?

What would you do in my position? I’ve attached my strava and you can see from my pace zones I really struggled!!!!
