posted this in epomaker thread as well but thought i’d ask here

i bought the th108 regular not pro and tried to use the fn keys as i use it for work. they don’t do the fn key functions just the volume, mute, etc. i know its not my work computers because i have an aula s99 and a yunzii c98 and those f keys work. i tried to key the fn keys on the software from both the downloaded version and the online version of the software. still not fixed. any ideas? i’m completely new to keyboards so plz be patient with me 🫣🙂
