[SK] Need advice financing a 5-ton truck in Canada

I’m trying to finance a 5-ton truck for a business and have been rejected multiple times.

I have:

780 credit score

Around $100K in my bank account

A 3-year contract with a medical company providing consistent work/revenue

Despite this, lenders keep declining the application. The explanation I’m getting is that trucking is no longer considered profitable, and some lenders have apparently stopped financing trucking altogether.

The biggest issue is that every application results in another hard credit check.

Has anyone in Canada recently financed a 5-ton truck?
I’m looking for recommendations for:
Banks or credit unions that finance 5-ton/commercial trucks

Commercial truck financing companies
Brokers who specialize in truck financing
Lenders that can review the application or pre-qualify me before doing a hard credit check

I have a strong credit score, substantial cash available, and a 3-year contract, so I’m trying to understand what financing options are actually available.
Any recommendations or recent experiences would be really appreciated.

Overall sare trend ch ba ek ardas naseeb hoi khalara ji nu

Lok vapis ohi abda daoly kma te

Politicians nu avda fyda hoya

But hlle v kise nu insaaf nhi milya bs khund charcha

Te ah sub Reddit wale vapis ohi luchiya galla te

Movie ahun to bdh te phala kuj frk nhi paya galla ta bhut hoyia practically kuch nhi hoya

Edit

I’m not talking about Jaswant Khalra or his justice. I’m talking about those 25,000 families.

What about the families still living in poverty, fighting cases for years, and facing threats?

Who is standing with them? The government? The SGPC? The community?

Movies make money and politicians use their stories, but these families are still suffering and fighting in courts.

Who is actually helping them?

How are agencies handling mass email invites for client webinars?

For agencies running webinars for multiple clients, how do you handle mass email invites?

Do you send through the client's HubSpot/Mailchimp/Klaviyo, use your own email setup, or use the webinar platform itself?

Especially curious how you handle different client domains/lists and deliverability.

What Happens After the Satluj Hype?

So everyone has watched Satluj, and I’m seeing a lot of posts about the tragedy. It’s good that more people are learning about it, but I have a question.
Won’t this just become another trend that disappears after a couple of weeks?

Most of the people directly responsible for what happened are already dead, so I don’t really see what practical solution comes from this renewed attention. Every few years another movie comes out, people discuss it for a while, and then everyone moves on.

My biggest question is, why do we need movies to learn our own history? Why didn’t most of us already know about these events?

I’m not here to blame Hindus, Muslims, Sikhs, or any other community. Punjabis suffered, and Punjabis killed Punjabis. The government wasn’t looking for police officers at that time. They were looking for butchers, people willing to carry out these killings.

I genuinely want to know what people think the aftermath of this renewed attention should be. Beyond discussions online, what should actually happen? Will this lead to anything meaningful, or will everyone forget about it in a few weeks until the next movie or documentary comes out?

employer is refusing to provide a proper reference

Hi everyone,

I have a question regarding SINP work experience proof in a regulated field.

If an employer is refusing to provide a proper reference/experience letter, can SINP accept government records from the Government of Saskatchewan as alternative proof?

I obtained official records from the ministry which were originally submitted by the employer as part of regulatory reporting. The documents clearly show my job position, pay rate, working hours, and workplace location. They are official government documents, but they do not mention duties.

I do have separate proof regarding duties performed.

Has anyone successfully used this type of documentation for SINP when employer letters were incomplete or inconsistent?

Would appreciate hearing similar experiences. Thanks.
