It just feels wrong to say any underground rapper who’s gaining popularity is “mainstream.” The unique sound that is in the underground isn’t what’s mainstream. There should be a better term definitely because it’s not comparable

Ghost would’ve done incredibly well during the Screaming Forest Era. Blending his dark complicated lyrics with Sematary’s spooky shit could’ve been perfect. Its also similar visually and sonically to October Country’s aesthetic
