Being asked for documents I’ve already provided.

Hello :)
So just wanting to know if this has happened to anyone else.
I’m waiting to start my new job in a couple of weeks but until then I’ve been on UC & was asked to submit bank statements for my claim review which is fine. I did this back in July and it says so in my journal too.

But I got a message today saying they didn’t receive any documents and I have to submit them. I did message them saying I’ve done this already and pointed out the exact date. Just confused why this would happen. Anyone had this before?

Request £30 for a mini food shop for me and my cats until paid on the 19th PayPal or Monzo.

Hi guys!
I’m in a bit of a position where I’m out of money and food until I get money on the 19th (it lands on a Sunday so I believe I’ll actually get paid on the 17th) - I am waiting to start a new job with the NHS and the onboarding process is so long but I receive a decent amount of UC which I can use to send money back:) I just need to get some things for myself and my cats around £30; I’m really low on food and the food bank doesn’t offer too much. I’d be happy with either PayPal or Monzo:)
I’d appreciate it if anyone can help out ☺️
Have a good one!

Some help paying my phone bill as I’m job hunting and need to make calls.

Hey!
So I lost my job back in April and I’m still looking (the job market sucks but I’m carrying on) anyway; I’ve not been able to pay my phone bill and i can’t currently call people with regards to checking up after interviews and things.
I don’t get any money until the 19th but that’s a whole week and I can’t wait that long. If anyone is able to spare me £35 to help I’d be so grateful!
:)🫶🏻

EDIT: i have PayPal as I think it’s the safest method and I’m in the UK (Scotland to be precise) :)

Oral health took a backseat while being a caregiver.

Hi, 👋🏻 I hope this is okay to post. I feel I just need a little reassurance. I have the dentist tomorrow, after literally months. I’ve been a caregiver for my mum and then unfortunately she passed away. During this time I literally put all my health on hold, including my oral health.

I still brushed my teeth but I wasn’t as attentive or flossed as much. And now I have some tartar build up and slight bleeding cus I’ve been neglectful. And I’m so scared about going to the dentist. It’s not the worst but I feel embarrassed because I’ve just neglected my health so much 😔
