The trash has manifested in the real world as… itself

I haven’t been able to find any other information about this besides the announcement (no dates, artwork, etc.) but THEY’RE COMING BACK!!

I legitimately teared up, I never got to experience the original as it closed just a few years before I visited the park as a child. (Was just in time to experience lasting trauma from ExtraTerrorestrial: Alien Encounter though, thanks Dad 🫠)

(Story time because I know it will be appreciated in this community lol;
I found a rubber Figment toy in a locked cabinet at an antique shop a few years ago. I asked if they could unlock it and luckily the gentleman who had reserved the cabinet was there that day, so he asked me what I wanted and I told him I wanted Figment.
He looked at me with wonder in his eyes and said “You know who Figment is?”

I replied, “Oh, of course! From Journey Into Imagination with Dreamfinder and Figment! I never got to experience it, but I learned about it from a YouTube channel called Defunctland! It’s such a tragedy that it was taken away.”

This man stared at me for like a solid ten seconds and said “You can have Figment, and anything else you want in this case is 20% off, JUST BECAUSE YOU KNOW WHO FIGMENT IS.”

He’s currently sitting on my bookshelf with my fantasy books 😊 best birthday gift to myself ever)

1). How do you make light purple fabric VERY SLIGHTLY darker? (Bamboo/viscose blend sheets)

2). How have you/would you apply the eye button? Seeking ideas.

3). I have an idea for the wig, but I would like to hear other ideas too!

Hey look a post that’s not complaining or hornyposting

Popped up on my feed and found it rather charming!

I’ve been seeing this argument a bit lately; “Why did Caine get to come back from deletion but Jax didn’t get to be un-abstracted? Why do they forgive Caine so quickly when he literally tortured them?”

While neither Jax nor Caine actually apologized (“I’m sorry for the way I treated you”), Caine admitted that he understood that they had “no reason to trust [him] after all [he’s] done. … [he] understand[s] now that keeping [the Circus] under [his] thumb just isn’t right.”

And then he says, “I don’t expect forgiveness. But I hope you’ll at least accept my offer [of giving them control of the Circus].”

Clearly Caine regrets his actions, and while he doesn’t outright apologize as I mentioned, his immediate actions then and from then on, he’s focused on trying to make things better with and for everyone. Including immediately correcting himself when he says “What do you say, Pom- I mean, Abigail?” He’s even trying to make the effort to remember their real names. He doesn’t beg forgiveness or say he deserves it, he says the opposite, that he doesn’t know if he deserves to be forgiven. And not in a self pitying way, he acknowledges that his actions were wrong and that he understands if they don’t forgive him.

The only regrets we really see of Jax is he regretted telling his mother his big secret, pushing his mother away, and at his final moments, “I did this to myself.”

The only direct regret of pushing his mother is because he potentially killed her, and was afraid of the consequences. Not that he killed her, that he was afraid of the consequences and that’s why he ran.

Not once do we see him acknowledge his abuse of Ragatha and Gangle, his abandonment and later abuse of Ribbit, abandoning Kaufmo, etc. It’s always about him.

That’s why Caine got to come back, because he has actual character development.

(Also I think Caine only got sent to the Recycling Bin which means the data is still in the system. Once it’s deleted from the Recycling Bin, again, the data is still there on the drive, just inaccessible (or very difficult to access). I think abstraction corrupts the files/data, so I think it might have been impossible to bring Jax back exactly how he was. I don’t know much about computers hence my uncertainty lol)

What are your thoughts?
