My girlfriend asked for a bag

My girlfriend saw a similar bag on pinterest, so I thought it would fun to re-create it for her. Probably cost the same as just buying a bag new, but it was a fun project and she got to design every piece to her liking. The shape and pattern is loosely based off my trusty ol Trader Joe’s tote. Inside and out is ecopak 210D.

This was my first time making a bag liner, and I think I spent more time on the interior than the exterior! I forgot to add washers to the shock chord between each toggle… not sure how I’ll do that now 😵‍💫

I know the strap is ridiculous, I made it with some old rope and carabiners I found at my local re-use store.

Let me know what you think!

Mitsubishi DA-P20 + DA-M10 + DA-A15DC Sonic Boom

Hello all, I’m new here and have never worked on HiFi audio equipment, but am looking for some help & advice.

The issue:

After about an hour or two of clean audio, my system outputs a sonic boom, and then the audio cuts. When I turn the system back on, the audio is very scratchy/poppy, before eventually making another boom sound and cutting out. It seems the booms/pops are primarily coming from the right channel, as the right meter jumps very high when this happens.

If I remove ALL inputs, and just turn on the pre-amp/amp, I still get the loud popping. It also happens if I bypass the power meter, going directly from the pre-amp to the amp. Second pic is the channel meter mismatch while the popping is happening. (I have videos, but cannot seem to post them here.)

Backstory:

I took the system into my local shop and described the issue. After a few days, they returned it to me saying it just needed a good cleaning. I brought it home, and after an hour… sonic boom - same issue.

The shop took it back in, this time for a month, and couldn’t reproduce the issue, saying they ran it for 2+ hours multiple times. Today I brought it home, and after about 35 minutes, the boom happened again.

I guess my question is: Should I call the shop back tomorrow? Am I doing something wrong with my home setup that would be causing these issues?

I have a multimeter and basic hand tools, but that’s about it.

Goodwill Find

Found this Majestouch Convertible 2 today at my local goodwill. Cherry mx blue switches (i think). $9.99!

New to this world, but I’ve always wanted a mechanical keyboard. Every time I thought about getting one, I got overwhelmed by the choices and never ended up buying one.

Anything I should know? Let me know what yall think!
