Went from 130lbs BW, 0 push ups, 0 pull ups to 160lbs BW, +25kg pull ups for 8, 20kg ring dips x6, and ring/bar muscle ups in 17 months. (Including a 3 month break so basically 14 months)

Did my first muscle up about a year ago, 6 months ish into my cali journey. I only did about 5 of them at the time because i could only do them in my room on a L-sit, with very limited space and a shaky bar. this is the first time i did them on a “decent” bar. (if we can even call that decent lol) Just wanted to know if the form had any issues.
