Memory Foam Topper

I'm on the small side - 5'3", 107lbs, and am looking for a good quality Memory Foam Topper. I bought a "Serenity" at Costco about a year ago, and even thought it's soft, it's not dense enough and so I get piriformis and back pain.

Currently looking at Tempurpedic Cloud MF Topper. Tempurped Adapt MF Topper and Puffy Deluxe Mattress. They are all about the same price, Cloud cheaper.

I know (unfortunately) that the Tempurpedic toppers are not the same as the MF on the beds. But I like that slow response "doughy" kind of memory foam, springy.

I don't like firm, as my bed it right now too firm for me.

I have lots of spinal issues - sclolius, degenerative disk disease, piriformis syndrome, etc., so need good pressure relief. I like a little cradle feel, but not feeling like I am in a sinkhole.

Has anyone on the smaller size weight-wise had experience with any of these?

What About the Ship Doctor?

Not trying to throw shade and I know the cases are low, but seriously, Andes Hantavirus IS a thing in the region the ship sailed out of.

So why didn't the ship doctor even consider it instead of just writing it off as "natural causes"?

And with AI these days, docs have software they can plug symptoms in and get possibilities of diseases it could be.

Water under the bridge now, but would have prevented those 32 people from disembarking to St. Helena.

Forced Quarantine?

Does anyone know of the 32 passengers who left the ship, how many countries/states are involved and did the health authorities in those countries require immediate formal quarantine in a facility? I believe the UK did. I know the US has not (they are requiring only reporting of fever and allowing these passengers to go about their daily lives).

I know one YouTuber from Turkey went to a wedding with over 100 people as soon as he got home - not too smart.

Another of the 32 (I think a woman) traveled to San Francisco airport, and then took a flight to Tahiti and then a boat to Pitcairn. I don't know what country/state she's originally from.

Then there's the French woman on an iron lung in Paris. Sounds like she might become death #4.

Has anyone done contract tracing on these people (the St. Helena 32)?

I feel bad for the villagers of St. Helena since these passengers stayed overnight in a hotel and various B&Bs and ate at restaurants. Especially since the wife of patient zero who was very ill at that point was in that group. Why on earth did the cruise line let her off the ship in that kind of state? A NYT article said she was gripping railings walking when the seas were calm and very obviously ill.

How Do You See After Cataract Surgery When You Wear Glasses?

I am having my right eye done first, and my left eye done a month later, because due to allergies, I will have 3 bottles of eyedrops and that's all I can handle. I know if I have SIX bottles at once I will mess up.

Unless I get a multifocal IOL, which I have no interest in, I will have either Intermediate and near vision to correct with glasses (I also have astigmatism).

So how does that work? I hear people say "You just pop out the right lens of your glasses", but if I do that, then I won't be able to see near or intermediate, only distance for a whole month, and I have to be able to work.
