Is there a good mobile thru etiquette?
There was a bigger line at the mobile thru compared to the drive thru, I feel like it shouldn't be a 1 for 1 with the drive thru cars. Do your stores have a method or just let guest figure it out themselves?

I moved from Washington to Norfolk over a few months ago, and I can almost never remember my Amazon packages being delayed. My packages have been delayed over a dozen times here already. Is it just me, or does this happen to you guys as well?

Out at sea and movers delivered HHG to house and spouse shows me pictures if damages to TV, dressers, and bed. Anyone who has filed claims before, what can I expect? Are they pretty quick to give out money or replace the item? Is the process pretty seamless or will they try to pull teeth to make sure they aren't on the hook for anything?
