I don’t know how people still don’t agree with this. Now, of course, if you have a service animal, that’s completely different, but pets shouldn’t and never should’ve been a part of our society. Sure, they may look cute, but I just can’t see a purpose for having them around.

They can shed all around your house, they‘re horribly messy if not trained, you have to train them, they can be surprisingly stupid and harm themselves, thry’re so goddamn expensive, they can flare up allergies, they can be violent etc. I can go on and on and on and on about what I hate about them…

And why do people justify being with them??? Is it because they’re cute??? They serve literally zero purpose minus maybe acting cute and doing some tricks. Pets are obsolete…

Tldr, I don’t like pets because they suck.
