Any new updates on BOS lounge opening date?

Has anyone that traveled through BOS lately hear any new news on when the lounge will be open for business? I keep hearing late summer, but it may have changed since then. If you passed by where they are putting it in the last week or so, does it look like construction is still going on? Flying from there on the 29th and was hoping to check it out. Thanks!

Flying from EWR on Jetblue connecting through SJU to STT on Cape Air. Has anyone done this?

Hi, My flight from JFK to Bos tomorrow where I was supposed to connect to STT from was cancelled today. Rebooked out of Newark to SJU on a Jetblue plane and then from SJU to STT on Cape Air. I have never flown Cape before and was wondering how far they are from the Jetblue gates. Layover is 2 hours so am assuming there will be plenty of time. Also my bag will weigh over 50lbs, will this be a problem on Cape Air (those planes look pretty small)? Hoping there is enough room for a standard wheeled carryon as well. Any insight on the process from someone who has flown them before would be appreciated. Thanks!

Anyone Jetblue Premier Card holders having trouble signing up an authorized user for Priority Pass?

Signed up for the Premier card earlier this month and added my niece as an authorized user. I had no problems activating my priority pass benefit, but keep getting error messages when trying to activate hers.

I called priority pass and they said it Barclay's had to activate it on their end. I then called Barclay's and they said I had to call Jetblue about it. I ended up getting a really good Jetblue rep who called Barclays herself but had no success (but she stuck with it for about 30 mins). She said she escalated and TBH I though that would be the end of it, but I did get a call from the office of the president of Barclay's today following up. She is going to call me back on Tuesday, but I was wondering if anyone else is having the same problem. If you were able to get your authorized user activated, did you do it through the priority pass website?

Looking for help navigating reservation mistake

Hi,

I screwed up big time and am hoping someone on here that works in hotels can help me figure out what to do.

I made a booking for the Hilton San Francisco Union Square for my niece through Jetblue travel. Prepaid for 3 nights with breakfast checking in on May 16th. I totally forgot to put her name on the reservation instead of mine as I book a lot and it was all prefilled. Just noticed it last night. Unfortunately it is past where I can cancel as I had until May 9th but now it is too late.

I called the hotel directly to see if I could add her name to the reservation and they told me it had to come from Jetblue and that the person checking in has to match the name on the reservation. Jetblue is saying they can't do that. We do have the same last name, but they said that it doesn't matter. Will they really turn her away if she shows up and tried to check in? Trying to avoid making a new reservation and having to repay if possible as this was $1,200, but I don't want my niece to show up after a long flight and not have somewhere to stay. I am going to call the back office again and beg, I just don't want to be a nuisance if there really is nothing they can do. Any insight to this would really be appreciated.

Made a mistake with a booking, looking for advice on how to proceed

I called the hotel directly to see if I could add her name to the reservation and they told me it had to come from the third party and that the person checking in has to match the name on the reservation. Jetblue is saying they can't do that. We do have the same last name, but they said that it doesn't matter. Will they really turn her away if she shows up and tries to check in?
