I’m 19 and, like many people at the beginning of their career, I’ve run into the classic problem: many companies ask for experience, but if nobody gives you a first opportunity, how are you supposed to build it?

Over the past few years, I’ve taught myself programming and developed practical skills in digital tools, AI, automation, marketing and e-commerce, applying them to personal projects.
Now I want to take those skills into a professional environment — not just to get a job, but to learn from others, gain real experience, grow professionally and build a career in a field I genuinely enjoy.

I’m currently looking for junior/entry-level opportunities in IT, digital, e-commerce, sales, marketing or administration.

I’m based in Italy, but I’m fully open to relocating, including abroad, for the right opportunity. I actually see moving somewhere new and gaining different professional experiences as part of the growth I’m looking for.

I’m not afraid of starting from the bottom. I’m willing to learn, work hard and prove what I can do.

What I’m missing isn’t the willingness to learn — it’s the opportunity to prove myself.
If you have any advice, know of an opportunity, or simply have some perspective on how someone my age can break into these fields, I’d genuinely appreciate it.

Ho 19 anni e, come molti ragazzi all’inizio del percorso, mi sono trovato davanti al problema dell’esperienza: molte aziende la richiedono, ma se nessuno ti dà una prima opportunità, come fai a costruirla?

Negli anni ho imparato autonomamente a programmare e a utilizzare strumenti digitali, AI, automazioni, marketing ed e-commerce, applicando queste competenze a progetti personali.

Ora voglio portarle in un contesto professionale, imparare, crescere e dimostrare concretamente quello che so fare.

Non mi manca la voglia di imparare: mi manca l’opportunità di dimostrarlo.
