I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree 5 years ago and have yet to get a job that requires a degree. I majored in criminal justice and minored in political science. Right out of college I was a correctional officer but that wasn't for me. Since then I've mainly worked in landscaping and as a security guard. I make about $40K at my current job in security that I've been at for 3 years but am close to quitting due to poor management and stress. I don't have any jobs lined up right now but have applied recently to be a crime analyst and got rejected. For some background I'm in my late 20's, still live at home in a major city, have about $130K in savings, and have no debt. My favorite job has been in landscaping because I got to be outdoors and work independently. I don't really have an interest in becoming a cop or probation officer. I've considered getting a CDL or getting into a trade but I'd prefer to get something with my degree so that all that money and time wasn't for nothing. So what are some good entry level jobs you can get with any bachelors degree?
